There are no minimum criteria to sell business or raise the fund as there are buyer and investor for all kind of businesses in the market. However, in the case of business sale, we prefer an organization with a minimum 2 years of audited financials.
We have different package for you to choose from depending on your requirement and the scope of the deliverable. Our package range from no retainer fees to nominal retainer fee that is used to promote your business and cover our expenses. Post deal closure, we charge a pre fixed percentage of the total value of the transaction (Commission) as per the package selected.
Unlike real estate or product, the minimum duration it takes 3-6 month to close the deal. In some cases deal can be close within a month, on the contrary it has taken upto 1 year, depending on the business, market condition and liquidity with the buyers. It is in the best interest Frist Deal to close deals as soon as possible.
