We consider Nepal-connected businesses, projects and assets with a defined commercial case, identifiable ownership and a genuine requirement for investment or strategic capital.
Does submitting an opportunity guarantee funding?
No. A submission begins an initial fit review. It does not guarantee engagement, investor interest or financing.
What information should be prepared?
Explain the opportunity, present stage, capital amount, intended use of funds and why it should be considered now. We will request additional information if the initial review indicates a possible fit.
Should confidential documents be attached?
Not at the initial stage. Share only enough information for a first review. If the opportunity appears relevant, we will arrange an appropriate channel for supporting documents.
